Famous Virginians powerpoints were due by March 5, 2010.  Students will begin presenting their powerpoints next week.  Please make sure that your child has completed his/her powerpoint.  This assignment count as a grade in Virginia Studies, Writing, and Technology.

I would like to personally thank all of the parents that came out for our 4th grade Popcorn and Pens writing night.  It was a huge success!  I hope that you were able to get additional insight into what is expected of your child when he/she takes the Writing Predictor next week.

Again, thank you for all that you do to assist in your child's education.

All 4th graders are scheduled to take the Writing Predictor on March 10, 2010.  Please ensure that your child gets plenty of rest the night before, and a good breakfast the day of the test.  This will help prepare your child for a full day of testing.
